Our process:
It all starts with the artwork. Whether you upload finished artwork, or have it professionally designed by our staff, every file is checked for accuracy, positioning and overall quality. A proof is e-mailed on every order confirming that the final product will match expectations. If an error is discovered, or it’s otherwise not quite right, we’ll fix it – and as many times as necessary, at no additional charge. Upon final proof approval, the file is quality checked once again and then off to print in one of two production facilities. One in Ohio and another in California, with over 250,000 combined square feet and an impressive arsenal of some of the worlds most high-tech offset printing and finishing equipment. Utilizing these state of the art facilities, along with rigorous quality control standards allows us to produce consistently superior products quickly and efficiently.

Our products:
As important a factor as quality design and printing are, we go a step further. When it comes to paper, we don’t do flimsy. Standard on most card weight products is 16 pt or 14 pt coated paper. Our book grade stock is a hefty 100# gloss coated. Why do we offer such high end paper when much of the competition is satisfied with substantially less? Yes, it’s about our drive for quality, but beyond that – we want our customers to have printed pieces that leave a great impression. As we like to say, don’t just be seen, be remembered!

It's fun to tout the processes, machines and materials that help create a quality product, but the greatest resource at Reminiscence Publishing is the people. We understand that each print order has personal value to our customer. In many cases it will become the image that customer relies on to reach his or her customers. Knowing this, we treat each order as a VIP order (very important print). VIP status means that your job is handled with the same attention to detail and concern for quality that we would give to our own personal work. Our customers deserve nothing less.

We take great pride in the quality and workmanship of our products. With this pride comes the confidence that you will be very pleased with the final result. If, however, you are not completely satisfied with the quality of your printed project we will reprint and ship it for free. Guarantee does not apply customers' errors or omissions not discovered in the proofing process. For this reason, please review all proofs carefully before approval to ensure complete accuracy. |
